This has definitely been a long process which was made easier thanks to Gaby our realtor and her wonderful team. From the beginning, since we had the idea of purchasing a home Gaby worked along us to make sure we followed all the steps to accomplish our goal. One of the first things was to make sure we had excellent credit and funds saved for a down payment. Gaby also put us in contact with a lender she trusts. I believe she’s working on doing the loans herself which will be amazing since that will limit the back and forth between the lender and the realtor. We attended open houses and saw properties by appointment only as well. Thanks to Gaby, we were first in line to see them given the house market is very competitive and one must move fast. Some homes had up to 20 offers but do not get discourage! Gaby managed to write our offer in a way that the buyer accepted it. We were very fortunate and bought a beautiful home in La Mesa, CA. It is in a great location and has an outstanding value. Every time a home was posted in our desired location and with the characteristics we wanted, we received and email. This allowed us to directly look at properties we were interested in. After our offer was accepted, she completed every step diligently to close in 25 days! She was always communicating with the lender and the seller to make sure everything was moving forward. She took immediate action when any documents were needed to be completed on our end. We are beyond grateful to Gaby and her team for all their hard work and support during this process. Thank you!

The rudest person I have ever dealt with in home buying. I can't believe anyone would use her to sell a house. I feel very sorry for any realtors that have to deal with getting into homes that she represents. She actually lied and cancelled an appointment saying the homeowners were sick but after being contacted through Zillow by a wonderful agent who made us an appointment to see the house she stood at the door when we arrived and glared at us while she walked out of the house. A very unprofessional disturbing Situation.

She doesn't understand simple contractual terms and tried to back out of a deal because she doesn't get it!

I couldn't have asked for anypne more attentive and honest, and best part is she LOVES what she does. My husband and I were first time homebuyers. We were getting frustrated with our previous realtor. She basically gave up on us and seemed like she wanted to make a quick sale. We then asked our family and friends for a realtor, we just wanted someone who wouldn't give up on us and who would actually help us find a home! We decided on Gabriela because a few friends recommend her. I'm so glad they did because she was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She really cared about what we wanted and the area. Never once did she try to push us into a house we weren't feeling, and she payed attention to our body language everytime we went to see a house. That is a great realtor in my mind. She was always on time, always called back, and always kept in touch.
